Oura import activity faulty
Hi all. Since some weeks the synchronisation between Oura and Cronometer is faulty.
For instance. Oura will tell me I have an active calorie burn of 625 today. Cronometer somehow imports this as 935 calories.
It's not just one day that's wrong, but all days. The amount of calories burned that appears in cronometer, is much higher. The number also seems random. I tried adding some numbers together, but it doesn't add up.
I have already contacted oura support and tried some things, but seems the issue is with cronometer import.
I have contacted cronometer support but unfortunately there is no reply.
Anyone any idea what to do? I have disconnected the apps multiple times from one another. With every new connection, the result is the same. Seems there's a bug somewhere in the way cronometer imports the burned calories from oura?
Kind regards.
Re: Search diary entries for food
I patiently wait for user interface changes to be implemented
Good luck with that. This small company seems to be completely tone-deaf to what users want. They spent a ton of effort on tweaking the Android app font size, something that no user requested, and something that ended up in looking worse.
They launch with fanfare pointless features like splash screens.
Re: Search diary entries for food
In case you haven't figured out yet, the Cronometer team doesn't ACTUALLY care about user feedback. There are worse and more blatant issues that haven't been solved despite being reported years ago.
I gave up on the app.
Re: Search diary entries for food
This is more than average interest/how many more bells do they need?
Re: Blood Glucose & Meals vs. Time
Yes, it would be great if entries in the food log could show on the blood glucose chart so that we can see the response. The app Snap does this. It is really the only feature I need.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to do this with medications (insulin, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Metformin, etc).
Group Quick Add Preferences
It'd be awesome if the setting for Group Quick Add Preferences (the items that show when clicking the + bar for the diary group) allowed for multi-select. As it stands right now, you can choose only a single option, so it's either "All" or just one of the options.
For example, I'd like for my Dinner group to show Food, Scan Barcode, and Notes (but don't need Exercise or Biometrics since I have a separate group for that).
Re: Search diary entries for food
Hi Cronometer! Can we please get this function up and running. I am about to switch all of my clients to competitors app because they all need this function to use cronometer productively. Thank you!
Re: What integration would you like to see next?
Amazfit would expand the options of device brands. My Fitbit is dying and I don’t want to get another. I would love to consider the more reasonably priced Amazfit, but not if I lose connectivity to Cronometer.
Re: What integration would you like to see next?
This forum is beyond a joke :-(
lots of these suggestions would benefit the platform and analysis of the bigger picture, yet no Road Map is given to see what. and when or what is not possible
and @cronometer dont even respond here :-(
