Hello, Keto Nutrition Score!

We are so excited to launch a new Nutrition Score to our Gold Subscribers following a ketogenic diet!

This score is designed to give you a look at how well you are hitting your keto goals while reducing negative symptoms associated with a keto diet – like the dreaded and renowned keto flu.

Keto flu can lead to headaches, nausea, brain fog and muscle cramps especially when starting a keto diet. You may feel better by drinking plenty of water and replenishing electrolytes lost while your body switches to burning ketones instead of glucose. If you are experiencing constipation, try drinking more water and increasing your fiber intake.

How It Works

This score is heavily weighted towards meeting your target for total fat and staying under your limit for net carbs.

The Keto Score is calculated from staying under your net carb limit, achieving your protein target without going over your maximum threshold, eating at least 4000 mg sodium, and meeting your targets for potassium, magnesium, water and fiber.

Going over your net carb limit will rapidly reduce your keto score to zero since your body will be running on glucose from the carbohydrates instead of ketones.
