Re: Paste at Current Timestamp
Let's call this what it is: pasting a food and inheriting its timestamp is a bug :) There's just no use case to prefer that old timestamp over when you pasted. The chance that old timestamp was correct is literally 1 / (24 * 60). Pasting with the timestamp from where the foods were copied, is a bug that has been reported… -
Pasting meals and updating timestamp
When I paste a meal/something consumed why would I ever want the timestamp of the source meal? I am recording the meal and time consumed, so when we paste selected items can we please have the timestamp updated to the current time please? At present if i copy 10 items from day before, I then need to manually go through… -
Clearing all timestamps from a day OR pasting without timestamps
I often plan days in advance, and then use timestamps to indicate to myself whether i've eaten something in the log yet. Makes it much easier to spot the stuff I still get to eat in a day, and for items I repeat often or even within days, makes it easier to keep track of what i've already had. An "eaten" bit would be… -

Re: Time Stamp update
Once you've pasted the items to your diary, select them all (click the group header to select all items in a group, or hold the shift key while you click each item for which you would like to update the timestamp). Then, use the diary menu in the top right corner to 'Add Timestamp to Selected' items. -

HealthKit "backfill" doesn't write to HealthKit for previous days.
It appears to accurately import data FROM HealthKit for many days in the past, but it doesn't update data TO HealthKit. This is relevant when using the "update past entries" for custom foods, meals, recipes — for example, if I realize I've been undercounting water in a protein shake or something, I'd like to update… -
Re: New Beta Build now Available!
Can't edit the old post, so figure I'll do a new one for feedback for the fasting add. It does seem to automatically set an end time, I'm not sure if this is a current requirement of how the fasting works (if it is a hacky fix could be to set the end time to a max timestamp like 9999-12-31 59:59:59), but it would be nice… -
Current day and time is wrong (wrong timezone?)
Starting from this morning, Cronometer seems to think I'm living in the past. I'm in Sydney (UTC+10) so it's 2023-07-27 08:28 as I'm writing this, but the diary page thinks today is 2023-07-26 and when I enter a new food it appears with a timestamp of 22:28. It seems like Cronometer is taking UTC as my current time, even… -
Timestamp Support
I noticed something a bit strange that I wanted to report. On the web, in Firefox 61, if I copy entries from a day where no times were logged (pre timestamp support) to today, then attempt to edit the times of the pasted entries (so that I can record an actual time to the new entries), the screen does not seem to accept…
