I am wondering others opinions on this: fasting glucose yesterday a.m. 92, ketones 1.1, GKI 4.6. This morning fasting glucose 113, ketones .7, GKI 8.9. Eaten yesterday: lamb, incl fat, chuck roast, incl fat, macadamia nuts...few baby carrots & maybe 1 tsp mashed potatoes from the roast. Why would those few carbs cause such a fluctuation? Am I still very insulin resistant? What is this telling you? I am not sure what to think....

Preparing for the Salesforce Data-Con-101 Exam can feel overwhelming. When I first started, I struggled with speed and understanding the questions. Over time, I found ways to solve practice tests faster while still learning deeply.

Understand the Exam First

Before solving any practice test, I focused on understanding the exam structure. The Salesforce Data-Con-101 exam quiz tests:

Data management

Data security

Data modeling

Real-world application
Knowing the objectives made answering questions faster and more confident.

Learn Core Concepts

At first, I tried solving questions without studying, which slowed me down. I then focused on data relationships, validation rules, access permissions, and import/export methods. Clear concepts make practice tests easier and faster.

Practice Under Time Limit

I started solving tests with a timer. This trained me to manage time and reduce stress. I also checked my weak areas using resources like CertBoosters, but only once as a reference for practice.

Spot Keywords & Eliminate Wrong Answers

Many questions have keywords like best solution, most efficient, data security requirement, access control. Spotting these quickly helps save time. For tricky questions, I used elimination to narrow options logically.

Learn from Mistakes

After each test, I reviewed mistakes carefully. Understanding why an answer was wrong helped me avoid repeating errors and improved speed significantly.

Focus on Real Scenarios

Scenario-based questions slow many students. I trained myself to think practically: “How does this work in real life?” This approach made solving questions faster and more accurate.

Final Tips

Learning how to solve the Salesforce Data‑Con‑101 exam practice test fast is not about shortcuts. It is about clear concepts, regular practice, and smart strategies.

Are You Ready for the Amazon-DEA-C01 Exam?

The Amazon-DEA-C01 exam, also known as the AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate exam, is one of the most talked-about certifications for professionals who want to prove their skills in handling, managing, and transforming data on Amazon Web Services (AWS). If you’re planning to take this exam soon, you might be wondering am I really ready? The best way to find out is to test yourself with real and practical exam-style questions.

Understanding the Amazon-DEA-C01 Exam

The Amazon-DEA-C01 certification validates your ability to design, build, and manage data pipelines that process large volumes of information. It measures your knowledge of data integration, storage, processing, and visualization using AWS tools such as Glue, Redshift, Athena, Kinesis, and S3.

Why Practicing with Real Questions Matters

Many learners underestimate the importance of practice. Studying theory alone won’t prepare you for the Amazon-DEA-C01 exam questions. You need to simulate the real exam environment with authentic practice questions that test both your speed and problem-solving ability.

When you go through actual question formats, you start recognizing patterns like how AWS questions often include distractors or test your understanding of trade-offs between performance and cost. These insights are critical for scoring well.

Building an Effective Study Strategy

Preparing for the Amazon-DEA-C01 exam requires structure and discipline. A good study plan should include:

Concept Review – Start with AWS whitepapers and documentation to understand core data engineering principles.

Hands-On Experience – Set up small projects using AWS tools. Try building ETL workflows or data pipelines on your own.

Practice Tests – Regularly attempt realistic practice exams to track your progress.

Weak Area Analysis – After each test, focus on the topics you missed or misunderstood.

You can use trusted learning resources like CertBoosters to find quality practice material and guidance. But remember, the goal is not to memorize answers it’s to understand concepts deeply so you can apply them in any scenario.

Key Topics You Should Master

The Amazon-DEA-C01 exam covers multiple domains. Below are some major areas you should focus on before attempting the test:

Data Ingestion and Transformation: Learn how to move data between AWS services using tools like Kinesis, Glue, and Data Pipeline.

Data Storage: Understand when to use Redshift versus S3 versus DynamoDB for different use cases.

Data Security: Explore encryption options, IAM roles, and permissions management.

Data Visualization: Know how to present processed data effectively using QuickSight or similar tools.

Troubleshooting and Optimization: Be ready to identify performance issues or cost inefficiencies in pipelines.

By mastering these topics, you’ll not only prepare for the exam but also strengthen your ability to handle real-world data challenges.

I use this pink-haired avatar and nickname Herzenity. I am 67, cis het female, married, kids, grandkids, cats, living in SoCal (that is shorthand for southern California).
After Fitbit's food entry feature bugged out, I went hunting for a different food tracking app and learned about Cronometer from a site I trusted (Center for Science in the Public Interest, CSPI).
What a GAME CHANGER, eh?!
Wow. Where has this knowledge been hiding all my life?!
I have wanted for the longest time to speak with a registered dietitian and have had trouble finding one in my insurance network, and the RDs out of network won't consult unless my PCP is in their medical group, which is >50 miles away. I'm not changing my Primary Care Physician just so I can talk to an RD! Certainly not going >50 miles for primary care. So I've been stuck guessing as to my dietary needs, specific to medical conditions I have (which I write openly about at my Herzenity blogspot).
Anyway, this is just a quick HEY from a new and ecstatic Cronometer user, committed to relating to food as preventive medicine, and my primary cure for what ails me.
Cheers!

I was diagnosed anemic in August and it was a little worse in November despite taking an iron tablet almost every other day and increasing the amount of iron from food.
My research about causes of anemia led me to the most likely culprit: diarrhea. I had been experiencing it far more often than ever before in my life! Why?
Cronometer helped me find the answer to that. I started using the app in November and noticed that Niacin (B3) was in the red - I was getting way more than the daily upper limit (UL) due to a B Complex capsule I was taking. I learned that my regular diet gives me enough Niacin, I did not need that in the supplement.
I looked up Niacin overdose symptoms and among them was diarrhea.
As an experiment, I stopped taking the B Complex supplement and guess what? The diarrhea vanished.
This is just one person, one experiment, so take this with a grain of salt.
Next, what to do about the B vitamins that are not adequately provided in my typical diet? I purchased individual B vitamins in liquid form so that I could manage the dosage based on my needs. I find most days I need 1 of B1, B5, B6 and B12. Occasionally I need a drop of B2 and B3, depending on what I've eaten that day.
I have not had diarrhea since I stopped taking the B Complex capsule. I believe excess Niacin was the cause, and that that in turn caused anemia.
My next CBC test will show me if I have done every dietary thing necessary to resolve anemia.

In the grass-fed department: the foods available for entry often show seed oils or complete a food by adding nutrients from non-grass-fed data...can't we get better data than this?
Don't get me wrong, I love love love cronometer...I have used it a very long time and it has helped me in more ways than I can explain in this brief note.

Little Miss Muffet drank a 50 gram whey protein shake. Since Miss Muffet can absorb only 10 grams every hour. How long does it take for Miss Muffet to absorb all the protein?

50 grams / 10 grams per hour = 5 hours

So, it would take 5 hours to digest all that protein. But remember, we have only 1.5 hours to get ‘er done. Therefore Miss Muffet has no chance of absorbing all of it. She’ll absorb – at most – 15 grams. And the other 35 grams? Well, they’re wasted. Unless…

When I went vegan for 6 months I wasn't really concerned about protein absorption but remember Robert Cheeke say take 30% off what the protein is said to be, I thought wow that's a lot.

AI sez: Vegan protein absorption is slightly lower than animal protein due to factors like fibre and plant cell walls, resulting in a digestibility of around 75-80% compared to 90-95% for animal proteins.

At 154 lbs I read to get that much in protein g. but you wunder what you actually get. I mainly eat instinctively rather than tracking exact macro's everyday and only track now and then to get an idea of how I'm doing. When I do track I'll guess how much, nothing dead on.

My diet is what I call normal, I eat what I fancy but could be in moderation. Nowadays I'll eat sometimes vegetarian even vegan and not large amounts of meat etc.

I workout alot and that can make me hungry at times so likely eat more than non-workout days. At 73 doing good, fairly strong and fit, zero meds.

Back in 2004 I did a heavy weight training program that actually called for a gallon of whole milk a day, I drank 5 cups of 3.25% milk and gain 24 lbs in 4 months plus me strength skyrocketed. Now I read not to drink more than 3 a day coz of too much calcium. Nowadays a cup with morning cereal and a cup with supper. In the evening I like heated dark chocolate soy milk. I take a calcium, magnesium, zinc tablet as well, zinc total is 39mg and calcium 2000mg

A very cheap vegetarian protein is TVP textured vegetable protein, $6 CAD a bag. A 1/4 cup is 11g soy protein, just add a tiny bit boiling water to soak then 1/2 cup Swiss style muesli and hot 1% milk. I add cashews, walnut pieces, 4 dates, 2 prunes = 30g protein. The TVP isn't pasteurized so boiling water will kill any chance of bacteria. The TVP is quite fine so has a texture similar to flax seed.

I also have a ground seed mix of flax, sunflower, chia and pumpkin seeds, a 1/4 cup gives full days omega 3, I use this in a smoothie, cup water tablespoon Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks. I let that soak and defrost before blending.

Soy protein is a good source of the BCAA Leucine

Preparing for the Microsoft MB-330 exam, also known as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Exam, takes focus and consistency. Most candidates spend around 80 to 120 hours studying, depending on their experience with Dynamics 365. Beginners may need up to 12 weeks, while professionals with hands-on knowledge often prepare in 4 to 6 weeks. The exam tests your skills in procurement, sales, inventory, warehouse management, product information, and master planning. To study effectively, create a daily routine, use Microsoft MB-330 exam questions for practice, and review weak areas regularly. Learning through videos and real Dynamics 365 environments can make complex topics easier to understand. Many learners also share valuable study tips on CertBoosters, which can help you plan smarter. Remember, success in the Microsoft MB-330 exam isn’t about studying longer—it’s about studying smarter and focusing on real-world understanding.

I've read some posts that are 5 years old, but I'm still not seeing what I need.

I have the app synced with my Apple Watch. My watch is also connected to my stationary bike. I started my Apple Watch to track my workout (indoor cycling), but now I feel like I double-logged and shouldn't do this.

I have three entries:
1. Cycling (Apple Health) - which is correct and the one I want to keep
2. Cycling (Apple Health) - which is incorrect (different kcal) and I want to delete
3. Active Energy Balance (Apple Health) - which I don't even understand.

The only way to delete the last two is to disconnect my Apple Watch, which I don't want to do since I want it to count my steps and other activity.

Two questions:
1. How do I delete these two items? If I can't, then my kcal burned today is 3x what I actually did. If I disconnect my Apple Watch, it will delete them, but then I lose the benefits of connecting my device.
2. Should I not engage my Apple Watch in exercise and only let it count my steps? In other words, when I go for a 4-mile walk, should I not start the "outdoor walk" feature on my Apple Watch?

Please advise. I am enjoying the app, but this is not helping me track my daily exercise and accurate kcal count properly.

Fats – 93%
Protein – 68%
Carbs – 8%

However, on the wheel with Calorie Breakdown written inside, it shows this:
Fats – 81.4%
Protein – 16.5%
Carbs – 2.1%

Which one should I rely on for my ketogenic macros?

In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, poor posture has become a common problem for people of all ages. Whether it’s hours spent hunched over a laptop, scrolling on a smartphone, or sitting at a desk without proper ergonomics, our bodies are under constant strain. Over time, these habits lead to slouched shoulders, neck pain, back discomfort, and even reduced lung capacity. A Posture Corrector is a simple yet effective solution that helps realign your body, promote better posture, and improve overall well-being.

What is a Posture Corrector?
A posture corrector is a supportive device worn around the shoulders and back to encourage proper spinal alignment. It works by gently pulling the shoulders backward and straightening the upper back, preventing the natural tendency to slouch. Available in various designs—ranging from lightweight straps to full-back braces—posture correctors are suitable for both men and women and can be worn discreetly under clothing.

Benefits of Using a Posture Corrector
Spinal Alignment – By keeping your shoulders and spine in the correct position, a posture corrector reduces strain on your muscles and ligaments.

Pain Relief – It helps relieve tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, common problem areas for office workers and gadget users.

Muscle Memory Training – Consistent use encourages your body to maintain proper posture even when the device is removed.

Improved Breathing – Standing and sitting upright expands lung capacity, promoting better oxygen flow.

Boosted Confidence – Good posture enhances your appearance, making you look taller, more confident, and approachable.

Who Can Benefit from a Posture Corrector?
Posture Corrector are ideal for anyone experiencing back or neck discomfort due to poor posture. Students, office workers, athletes, drivers, and even seniors can benefit from the gentle support these devices provide. They’re also helpful for people recovering from injuries, as they assist in maintaining proper form during healing.

How to Use a Posture Corrector Effectively
While a posture corrector can be a powerful tool, it should be used as part of a broader posture improvement routine. Wear it for short periods at first—about 20–30 minutes a day—gradually increasing the duration as your muscles adjust. Over-reliance can weaken muscles, so it’s important to combine usage with posture-strengthening exercises, such as yoga, core training, or back stretches.

Tips for Choosing the Right Posture Corrector
Comfort – Look for soft, breathable materials that won’t irritate your skin.

Adjustability – A good corrector should be adjustable to fit your body shape and size.

Support Level – Choose based on your needs; light straps are best for mild correction, while full braces offer stronger support.

Discreet Design – If you plan to wear it under clothing, opt for a slim, low-profile style.

Posture Corrector as Part of a Healthy Lifestyle
A posture corrector is not a magic fix—it’s a supportive aid that works best when paired with healthy habits. Adjust your workstation ergonomics, take regular breaks from sitting, stretch daily, and engage in exercises that strengthen your back and core muscles. Over time, these combined efforts can lead to lasting improvements in posture, reduced pain, and enhanced quality of life.

Final Thoughts
In a world where slouching is almost second nature, a posture corrector can be your secret weapon to better health and confidence. It offers immediate support, trains your body for long-term posture correction, and prevents future discomfort. With consistent use and the right lifestyle changes, you can stand tall—literally and figuratively—and enjoy the benefits of a healthier spine and a stronger, more confident you.
