You can either save the serving size in the recipe itself: * Foods -> Your Custom Recipes -> edit the recipe. * Click on green + sign under Serving Sizes. * Set Grams of 1 Serving to the weight…3 -

I also somewhat prefer eating window because it sounds cleaner to implement. Eating window typically falls within the same day whereas fasting window will usually span two!1 -
Re: Weigh foods before or after cooking?
On the web application, click on the calories number of the food and replace with the updated number. I don't think we can do the same thing on the phone apps.1
