Su., 6/30/19, 1186 calories, 100% target. I just found Cream of Tartar and it adds a lot of potassium to the diet. I took it as 1 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar and 1 cup of water. It's milder than pickle juice. Also, I discovered Nu Salt it's really loaded with potassium. I think I'll do a 50/50 salt and Nu Salt mix. I also…
