Dr. Mercola'r book Fat for Fuel, mentioned that this site has an area that includes 60 recipes for fat bombs. Does anyone know where to find them? Thanks.

I just searched on here and on google and came up with nothing. There were other forums before this one so maybe it's on there? I think you can still go to them but I'm not sure. Maybe someone whos been here longer will know. I might look at that book you mentioned though because I need to gain weight.

butterfly, thanks. I found several recipes by googling "fat bomb recipes". They are not on cronometer.
