Gained weight!

I am really pleased with this app. It has helped me gain 2 pounds since I started tracking my foods with the app. My goal is to gain 10 pounds in total then maintain that weight.

Thank you Chronometer!

  • I wish that I was using Cronometer to gain weight! I'm jealous.

If you wake up without goals, go back to sleep ...

  • You don't need an app to gain weight. You just need potato chips and beer.

  • Most people experience fluctuations in their weight, and it is common to gain weight over time. However, if a person gains weight in a very short time for no clear reason, this could be a sign of an underlying health condition.

  • Thanks for sharing, I am very impressed with your post.

It was in 2004 I did a workout with 9 compound lifts, each time I worked out I was to add 5lbs to me lifts and drink a gallon of whole milk. I didn't drink a gallon but did drink 5 cups of 3.25% milk a day.

The first exercise was 20 barbell squats, I started with something like 110lbs and after 4 months would squat 20 times with 230lbs, me weight went from 150 to 174lbs, my strength was really good.

Me weight nowadays is a steady 154lbs age 73.
