Cut/Copy/Paste From 2015

I have a long list of foods that were entered on a particular day in my diary back in 2015. Is there a way to cut/copy/paste them into tomorrow's diary, November 3, 2021?

    I was just about ready to write thanks anyways, I figured it out, but ran into a problem. I was able to successfully copy/paste a few items from today to tomorrow. But when I went back to 2015, highlighted everything, hit copy, then went to today, "Paste" was grayed out.

    The problem was that I had tried to copy/paste a Note with other entries. When I just highlighted the entries, without the note, I was able to paste the entries into a different day. Problem solved.
