Text Contrast in 'Macronutrient Targets' on website

The dark gray text, white drop shadow overtop of green/blue/red bars is very hard on the eyes, especially Fat (the red has the lowest contrast ratio). The drop shadow itself just makes the text seem blurrier. See attached for a quick comparison of the default (top) with just black / just white.

The contrast differences between the yellow background and red background are stark -- y'all could use some color tweaks here, and please ditch the drop shadow!!
