Cronometer with Garmin Connect, Whoop, Oura Ring and Apple Health
Hi All,
Can you advice what is the best to track activities and calories burned in Chronometer with:
- Oura Ring
- Whoop
- Garmin Connect
- Apple Health

Can't speak to Oura, Whoop or Apple Health but, I use Garmin Connect. It works great, I have to do nothing but start the activity timers on the watch and it logs everything automatically. If anything it logs too much data! I really like that it logs my sleep as well, every morning I wake up and see all my sleep numbers logged automatically.
Have had no trouble changing my weight, it's smart enough to know it changed then it logs that as well.
