Why isn't my coffee counted as water?

My Total Water does not seem to include the cups of coffee I drink each morning. I can't find any options to modify this.

  That water widget is goofy but if you tap on the water progress bar you will see the coffee included.

  I do NOT see it on my Cronometer Premium WaterWidget which I installed on the finder of my iPhone 11!
