Calories changing overnight

Last night while checking the app it indicated I was 300 under my calorie goal so I ate a 200cal snack. This morning I wake up and see the amount of calories I had for the day decreased which put me over goal. This is not going to help me lose weight. What can I do to stop this from happening again?

    I often have to refresh my page in order for the data to catch up. I’ve noticed that, for example, activity input doesn’t show up until I swipe from top to bottom on my diary page. Maybe that can help to keep your stats current.

  • I do that constantly, refresh. I even go to where my fitbit is in devices and force sync before meals. It hasn't stopped this overnight thing from happening. When I emailed support I was advised that it may be bc cronometer is readjusting the data from my fitbit. Which doesn't help if I ate food according to what it says my calories are.
