Is the serving size of 1 cup chopped lettuce that is 57 grams equivalent to a 1/2 cup of vegetables?

Hello,

Is 1 cup of Chopped Iceberg Lettuce that weighs 57 grams, listed under the NCCDB source, equivalent to a 1/2 cup of vegetables?

I have the same question regarding Green Leaf Lettuce. At 1 cup, chopped, it weighs 36 grams. Is this amount, 36 grams, equivalent to a 1/2 cup of vegetables?

    I've been tracking daily in Chronometer for over a year now. I used to get really worked up about measuring everything to the gram. I'm a numbers guy, so it took me a while to be ok with being a few grams off on fruits & veggies. They're not gonna get you. Oils, butter, nuts, cheese, avocado...they will. Pay close attention to the fats, and also foods with added sugar.
