Hi Karen: I found how to set the Zone diet. Yaa. Now how do I share my macronutrient goals with everyone?
I meant, if you already new what how many grams of protein, carbohydrates and fat or the ratio of these macronutrients you would like to follow, you could let us know what they are and we can help you set up your profile to best help you track your goals.
Some diets have them pre-defined, like the Zone Diet; it is a ratio of 3:4:3, protein:carbs:fat. The software will use this ratio to calculate your macro targets based on your energy needs for the day.
Hi Karen: Ya I'm on the Zone diet. I didn't know I could get the Zone diet on Cronometer or share that other thing you mentioned. How would I do those 2 things. I'm not sure how as I'm very new here.
