Another issue that makes dieting, etc. hard is that I work 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.. Mealtimes are not set in stone at all. So my major meal seems to be at work somewhere between 2 and 4 a.m.. My sleep pattern is not a pattern, but on nights I work I try to sleep from 4-10 p.m. and then take a nap when I get off work.
