It seems I joined cronometer 6 weeks ago and I have not been active here. I have been trying to eat Keto since January 2018. I have a hard time committing to writing my meals down or entering them into the data base. Can anyone issue advice as to what got you to really stick with it?
I have not been following my macros at all which is why I have only managed to lose 10lbs in a year. Well that and the fact that I'm 52 and it's a little bit harder for women. I'm pretty sure I would have lost more had I been tracking.
