  Hi I recently had to log in the day after I was in the hospital, so that broke the streak and there is no way to adjust that. Seems like the system could find a way to make an allowance for vacations…

  Is there a list of protein based foods? I am interested in getting more protein from non meat sources with limited fat. Also a senior and over 75.
