That's up to you! If you'd like to more closely match calories burned reported by Fitbit, then leave it out because Fitbit does not include TEF. :)1 -

Since you're tracking your activity with your Fitbit, we recommend setting your activity level (the blue portion of your energy burned circle) to none in Cronometer to avoid double-counting. Hea…2
