I have used Cronometer with an Oura Ring for five years and if I just accepted the calories as now imported by Cronometer, I would effectively have a daily calorie "eating budget" about 400 calories higher on average. Cooked spinach
Hi..When I measure 2 cups raw spinach and then add it to chronometer...it's like 1/4 of a cup after it's cooked...do I add it as 1/4 cup of spinach or do I add it as 2 cups of spinach? So far I've been adding it as 2 cups cooked raw spinach...but after cooked it's only like 1/4 cup which is way different nutrient value… -

Search by ingredient ratio
Getting Energy, Carbs, Protein and fat all very close to 100% can be a real challange. Let's assume my meal is almost complete. 4% Protein, 2% Carbs and 8% fat to go for a perfect score. Is there a way to list ingredients that are ideal to add to this meal? Preferable only looking at the percentages left in the meal. But… -
