1. Template days (eg I create templates with notes in each section a year off. Servers would benefit more if I didn't have to copy paste from a year off. So the same as target sheduler but for the diary) 2. Micronutrients (preferably custom) 3. Target days for vitamins and minerals 4. Organise target sheduler sort order… -

Re: Jeff's Tip of the Day
The Only Easy Day was Yesterday 20 weeks into my Mounjaro journey and I'm still making progress. Took my last 5mg shot on Friday and I start on 7.5mg this week. Definitely having to work for it now though, as my weight loss has slowed down to about 1 to 1.5lb per week. I've started going to the gym 1 day per week to try to… -
Re: Cronometer not syncing properly with Apple Health?
Hello, as of today (v. 3.16.1) I am still noticing that some days have not exported properly to Apple Health. For example 19/1/21 is showing empty while Cronometer has 2259kcal and 22/1/21 is showing 2535kcal while Cronometer is showing 2475kcal. Cronometer is the only source for calories in the Apple Health app. -

In a nutshell, Protein builds the body, and Energy is fuel, which gets either burned or stored as fat. Too low of a… -
Re: Serving sizes in Custom Recipes
Hi Anonymoose2, If you have entered ingredients with unknown weights, please choose the servings-based option for your serving sizes. You could measure the total volume of your recipe then enter in the number of servings per recipe as the total number of cups. For example, if your recipe is 3 cups total: first field - 1… -
Re: Using Images in the Cronometer Forum
Crono uses vanillaforums. It seems to me rather unlikely that vanillaforums would be such a poor software that such workarounds would be necessary. So I checked on the vanillaforums webpages. If this was an issue of vanillaforums, tons of admins would complain. I searched all the year 2018 and there are only two unrelated…
