Scan not working
I’m in the uk and trying to scan products on iPad Pro. I’ve managed to do it with one product but other products which ask me to take photos of the front of package and of nutritional info only give me the option of SKIP or CANCEL after the photos have been taken. So I can’t add them.
Can anyone help please.

Hi @ssiii , Thanks for reporting this! This is a known bug and we have a fix for it ready to be released soon. Try using the ipad in portrait mode when taking pictures - this might be a workaround for now. But I will let you know when the fix has been released! Thanks for your patience!

Thanks! It works in portrait mode simply because you can see the “save” button.
