skip a day
Hello,
Recently I went on a retreat where all meals were provided. I didn't want to be attached to my phone, so I chose to just not enter any nutritional/exercise data for those two days. It's no problem, really.
I was just wondering if there was a way to log those two days as "retreat" or something and have them show up in my data as "skipped days" or something rather than showing that I ate "0" calories those days.
Just a thought ~

Hi @Spyridon ,
I would recommend writing a note in those days that you were at the retreat so that you remember if you are ever looking back throughout the days.
To ensure there days do not effect your charting data in the trends tab, make sure to select "Non-empty days" from the drop down menu when choosing the date range.Hilary
