Laminaria
Hi! English is not my native language so maybe I input the wrong name in the search box. But I cannot find nutrition information about a seaweed called laminaria (in my country we also call it sea cabbage) - it is quite popular in many countries here in the Pacific Far East countries, and it is good for virtually ANY diet. It would be good to have it included if it's not there. It belongs to basic foods if you ask me
Thanks, and thanks for the great tool cronometer is.

The USDA Food Composition database has an entry for Laminaria:
Note that it's for all species of Laminaria though (spp. is the plural for species) but that shouldn't be a problem. It looks very similar, if not the same, as Cronometer's Food #459857, Data Source: NCCDB (Kelp, raw)
Edit: For the above USDA link you have to then click on full report to see the botanical/scientific name of what they're referring to:
Food Group: Vegetables and Vegetable Products
Scientific Name: Laminaria spp.#moredotsthanadalmatian
