Nutrition summary missing

I seem to be having trouble in the app, a lot of the foods I scan or look up from the database is missing the nutrition summary completely. The name of the food will be at the top of the screen, and I see where I can enter/pick the serving size but the actual nutrition summary/breakdown blank. Is anyone else having this issue? How can I fix it so I can actually properly use the service I am paying for?
