@ Casie, You can do both currently!!
To Copy your data, you have a couple of different options. You can copy your entire day, a single diary group, multiple separate items, or a single item (including pre-made recipes).
On the Web version:
To copy and entire day, select the gear icon in the top right corner of your page and select "Copy Current day" or "Copy previous day".
To Copy multiple items, select items while holding down the Shift key on our keyboard; then select the gear icon and select "Copy selected items" or right click on your selection and click "Copy selected items". To select a single item follow the same steps without using the shift key.
To copy a diary group (If you are a gold user) select the diary group header and choose copy "Copy selected items" from the settings menu.
To paste items into another day, select the day and choose "paste" from the settings menu.On your Mobile device:
To copy an entire day, tap the settings menu in the top right hand corner of your diary page and select "Copy Current day" or "Copy previous day".
To Copy multiple items, choose "Multi-select" from the settings menu. Then choose the items you would like to copy. Select the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Copy".
To copy a single item, swipe the item to the right to reveal the blue gear icon. Select copy from the menu.
To copy a diary group (Gold Only), swipe the diary header to the right to reveal the blue gear icon. Select copy from the menu.
To paste items into another day, select the day and choose "paste" from the settings menu.Gold subscribers can generate reports which can include your diary and your notes. Here are the steps:
1) Go to the website https://cronometer.com
2) Go to the 'Trends' tab
3) Go to the 'Full Report' tab
4) Tick off the 'Daily Diary' box
5) Select Generate Report, From there you will have the option to print your report.Alternatively, Non-Gold users can also export the data into .csv format (Excel) by going to the 'Profile' tab, selecting the 'Gear' icon in the 'Account Information' section, selecting 'Export Data', and then choosing 'Export Servings'. However this format won't be as user friendly as the report generated for gold subscribers.

Ability to copy a meal and paste to a blank page.
Thank you for your in-depth instructions Hilary! But I do know how to copy and paste within Cronometer as well as generating reports. What I would like is to be able to copy and paste just a day's menu or several day's biometrics to a blank page in Microsoft Word for instance. I can then take specific info to my Dr.
