Keto ratio
Using HeadsUpHealth linked to my Cronometer there is a Keto Ratio result shown. Can any one explain how Cronometer calculates the result and what each number means?

You can change your settings on the Profile tab! Scroll down to the section labelled 'Macronutrient Targets' and choose 'High Fat/ Ketogenic' from the drop down menu. You will then be able to customize your settings.
We have some great resources I would recommend taking a look at as well!

Sorry for reviving this thread, but I have a question regarding the keto ratio and it seems the settings have changed since October 2018.
I'm on a ketogenic diet using the "Ketogenic calculator" in the target settings. I would like to have a display for the actual Keto ratio in the dashboard. My goal is to achieve a 4:1 ratio, but often I'm nowhere near that because of a caloric deficit - mostly from too little fat intake. I think it would help to have a simple display of the current ratio in the dashboard to adjust further meals throughout the day.
Is this already possible? Maybe I just can't find the right setting.
