Apple Health & Cronometer not syncing
When I enter data (blood glucose or weight) into the Apple Health app (iOS 9) it doesn’t sync to Cronometer. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling Cronometer a couple times and manually syncing it from the Cronometer app, but it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?

Hi @jmes , Have you previously had success syncing blood glucose and weight from Apple Health to Cronometer, or have you only just synced the account? Do you have trouble syncing any other data from Apple heath to Cronometer, or just those two?
You can see what is being imported to Cronometer from apple health by looking at the permissions you have set. Go to settings -> Privacy -> Health -> Cronometer to see what is being shared between Apple health and Cronometer.

Hey Hilary. With the weight yes, but not blood glucose (I hadn't tried it when the syncing was working). I haven't tried syncing any other data from the apps apart from those two.
Yes, every toggle is enabled, but nothing seems to be syncing. The Health app does sync to others like Myfitnesspal, just not Cronometer.

Are you logging these items manually or from a third party app (or device) which has then been synced to Apple health.
Would it be possible to go to the 'Profile' tab, un-sync Apple Health and re-sync it? You can also click on the calendar icon to select which days to manually import if some days are missing information (see attached image). Please let me know if this does not fix the issue.

I have tried this before a few times, but I'll try it again and report back.

Yes, doesn't seem to work – even after deleting the app and trying the latest update...

Hello @jmes ,
Would it be possible to email us directly at support@cronometer.com with screenshots of your Apple Health blood glucose data that is not being imported into Cronometer?
Kind regards,
