Activity Level Setting

I am a pretty active person overall, i dance contemporary and ballet 35+ hours week (training program), as well as go to the gym on my days off of dance. I currently have activity level at none so i can track exactly the hours i spend in class. Is this the best thing to do when i dont have a fitbit or activity tracker? Or can i set my level to very active and add my classes, as i may have a higher metabolism than someone who truly do 'no activity'?

Thanks.

  • Hi @Jenmaz ,
I would recommend setting your activity level to "Sedentary" if you are logging your activity separately. This will take into account general movement throughout the day that is not accounted for in your exercise entries. the "None" option should be reserved for users who have a wearable activity tracker that will report general activity throughout the day.
