Cant log in cronometer app
Hello ,
For the past few days i am unable to log into my Cronometer app as keep getting this Error message:
Java.net.SocketTimeoutExceptiontimeout
I can log into my cronomeyer gold account using the browser but the cronometer webpage it is not optimised for mobiles so it us not user friendly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app , but still not working....it was working fine up unyil 3 days ago .....anybody else having the issue?
What does the error message mean and how do I fix it?

Thanks for reporting this issue. Is this occuring on iOS or Android? Are you using Wifi to log into your account; do you have trouble with any other apps if you have a slow internet connection? Hi @Stef , I have spoken to our developers about this; It sounds like it is likely a slow internet connection. Try using data or a different Wifi connection to determine if this is the issue!
