General Activity and Pedometer
Would there be any point to logging the steps from my iHealth app as an exercise or is that already being accounted for by the General Activity category (which I have set to Light)?

@YogiSteven Do you mean Apple Health? You can link Cronometer to either Apple Health or Google Fit by going to the Profile tab on your mobile device and selecting Connect Apple Health/Google Fit under Settings. Check the Profile Tab on your Web Browser version of Cronometer to see what devices we support as well. Currently you can connect to Fitbit, Nokia, Jawbone & Garmin, with more to come!

Thank you. But does the General Activity category include the steps I am taking during normal daily activity? (not talking about a long walk, just going around the house or to the car or from the car through the store and back etc). I don't want to double count.

@YogiSteven , Light Activity in "General Activity" Accounts for general Activities of Daily Living including sitting, eating, etc. So if your activity tracker is only accounting for steps taken during the day, I would leave it at "Light". If you are unsure, you can read more about it in the Cronometer user guide: https://cronometer.com/help/profile/#activity
