Understanding the numbers
When I click on targets, I can see what I did. But I am not sure about that second number. For instance, protein 74.3g/100.2g 74%. I would think that since I set my own macros, the second number would be what the total protein I’m allowing. My macros are p=68, c=30 and f=123. Please explain what the numbers are on the page called “calories summary”.

It sounds like you have set custom macronutrient ratios.
Macro Ratios allow you to choose a ratio of protein:fat:carbs. This setting will dynamically calculate your macronutrient targets to achieve the ratio of macros based on your calorie budget.To set your Macronutrient Targets to specific gram values, select Fixed Values in the Macronutrient Targets section of your Settings page. Then enter the values in the boxes below.
