[Bug] Timestamp on dialogue is one minute behind phone clock

Steps:
1. Click on any existing diary entry or add a new entry (food, exercise or biometrics).
2. The time on this first Edit or Add Serving/Exercise/Biometrics dialogue is showing the same time as the phone clock.
3. Click on the time dropdown. The time on the Timestamp dialogue is consistently one minute behind.

Cronometer version 3.0
Phone model Google Pixel 3
Android version 9 (5 Jan 2019 security patch)

As a side note, I wish there was a more obvious way to tell if timestamp is ticked, as well as an easier way to switch between recording time for an entry or not.
