Display bug?

Hey there. I've noticed what appears to be a display bug for the past few weeks.

Maybe it's supposed to look like this, but it feels a bit off. In particular, the left-hand list of custom recipes feels like it should be collapsed into a scrollable element rather than unrolled -- I feel like I'm missing a stylesheet or something.
