[iOS Enhancement] Use Healthkit "Source" field instead of generic "Apple Health" when importing

Currently, when Cronometer imports entries from Apple Healthkit, it uses the label "(Apple Health) for each entry.

If Apple Healthkit exposes the Source field as seen below in the screenshot to applications, it would be a nice enhancement to use that as the label in each entry.

For example, for the screenshot below, it would read "Weight (Health Mate)" instead of "Weight (Apple Health)"
