Ratio for Vitamin E and PUFA.

I'm very, very persuaded at this moment that one's vitamin E requirement modulates as a function of PUFA intake. It would be nice to be able to have a ratio (or be given the ability to make a custom ratio) that would integrate the amount of vitamin E required against the amount of PUFA consumed. That way I can monitor my estimated daily vitamin E requirement in real time.
