I go to the gym 4 days a week and weight train, I'm 72 and go to a 50+ centre.

That's awesome. I wouldn't consider myself a bodybuilder...but love weight training. I am a beginner in the world of compound weight training. Also concentrating on my protein intake which is a challenge as I'm plant based. Best of health to you in your strength training!

To answer the top question....Simnett Nutrition (You Tube) mentioned he uses Chronometer to track, but I don't know if he posts in the forum. His strength, mobility, and gains are inspiring, especially as a plant based body builder.
