Fibre content in Coffee?!
Why does coffee from ground show ANY fibre content? And quite high, actually.

Because that's what the NCC labs found? I assume fibre from ground beans dissolved in water, some fine enough makes it through filter.

Hi @Alb ,
Here's a link to a study that analyzed the fiber content in brewed coffee:
http://pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/jf062839pThey found that that brewed coffee contained 0.47−0.75 g/100 mL of soluble dietary fiber.
Hope this answers your question!
