Simple question!


I have a simple question if anyone could help me

For example, let's say I want to add 200 gr of rice to my diet

When I search for rice I find
Rice Cooked

Now do I measure 200gr of raw rice then cook it and eat all
Or do I cook the rice and after that I weight 200gr of rice and add it?

So basically

If I chose in cronometer Rice Cooked do I weight the rice before or after the cooking process to add those 200gr?
