Android app boot problem on a tablet

I've been running the Crono app on a Note 4 and a samsung tablet. Starting yesterday the app doesn't want to boot on the tablet. The progress circle turns and turns, no boot. I can see Crono in Chrome on the tablet. This is a brand new problem, may be from an update yesterday?

Hi @charlie3 what version of Cronometer do you have downloaded? This is a known issue discovered and fixed in older versions of Cronometer 3.0 (recent update). Ensure you have downloaded the most recent build b313. Let me know if this is still occuring in b313. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I checked the Play Store. The problem described above is not because of a recent update. I haven't noticed an update for the tablet since April 4th.

After I posted the problem the app finished booting so I'm good for now. What I was seeing was the box that said "loading" but it didn't load. It's loading now and rapidly. I'll let you know if it happens again.

In the mean time the more I use Crono the more valuable it becomes, keep up the good work.

Hi @charlie3 is this happening on the login screen or within the diary?

@Hilary I'm not sure of the difference you are talking about. The problem does not happen when I'm looking at a Crono screen and may be changing to another crono screen. It may happen if I open the list of recently used applications and choose crono or it may happen If I click on the Crono icon on the home page.
