Yes, you absolutely can! Select the Profile Tab on your Web browser and scroll down to Macronutrient Targets. Select "Custom" from the drop down menu.

Sorry, I think I misinterpreted your question! You can change your Macronutrient Targets as I described above, but the Nutrient Balance Indicators are not editable at this time!
