Is their goal for me correct 815 kcal, 60.9 g protein, 81.5 g carbs, and 31.7 g fat

I thought the goal of keto was to consume LESS carbs, not more! Can their goal for me be correct? I thought it was suppose to be more fat & protein with less carbs. I am 5 foot 5 inches and 155 pounds and selected loose weight option.
