Calorie Summary Help
Hi all,
I am brand new to this amazing app, but I need some help right out the gate.
I don't understand how the calorie summery works. It shows I have already worked out, which I have not, and it is leaving me with a 'balance' of calories that are WAY under what I need for the day and I haven't even logged any food yet.
I don't see where I can change or log my activity for the day. My activity level is moderate, but I do strength training only 3x a week so if I cant adjust this daily stuff it will always be wrong.
Please help!

This number will automatically populate in order for you to plan your food diary. The Calories you are seeing are as a result of your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and activity level settings. While these Calories are a total of those burned throughout the day, we add them as a lump sum at the beginning of the day so it is easier to plan your meals and activity in relation to your general calories burned!
Your BMR is the rate of energy expenditure of your body at rest and the number of Calories burned is the result of a calculation from the BMR.
