[BUG] Connected Device Losing Connection
Using v3.0.7 (318)
I’ve noticed that my connected device (in this case an Oura ring) loses its connection after a few days.
I don’t know the exact time interval, but after going through the steps of connecting my Oura ring I will see my data imported that day, and for the next few days. Later in the week I’ll realize that my Oura data isn’t imported that day (and sometimes a day or two prior), and sure enough I’ll head into the connect devices settings page and the device will no longer be connected.
Re-connecting works just fine (and thank you for fixing the freezing keyboard issue!) and after that everything will import for the currently active day, but it does seem “off” that my connected device keeps disconnecting.

Hey @wdavidow we've made some changes to the Oura connection specifically in 3.0.8 (319) try updating to the latest version, then reconnecting your ring, and let me know how it goes!

I’m on 3.0.10 it seems to solve the issue of losing the connection every few days. Now it says connected all the time, but no data is being synced.

Hi @wdavidow & @Lake161 how is your Oura connection going these days? We made a couple changes in the last couple of days, and just wondering if you have noticed a difference in the Oura connection performance.

Today my Oura ring did not import data and had lost its connection.
i don’t have to enter my username and password anymore, but I did have to go to the devices page, select my Oura ring and click “Link” and then accept and it was re-linked.

This is unfortunately still an issue (using v3.0.20 (418)).
The up-side from when I first reported this issue is that I don't have to re-type my username and password every time to link my Oura ring, it just makes me tap on Oura and then "Link" and then "allow" in the resulting dialog window.
But it does seem to pretty reliably, every third day or so, lose the connection. And between yesterday and today it actually lost connection in less than 24 hours.

Today’s new release seems to have made things a little worse - when my Oura data didn’t populate this morning, I went in to re-link and upon tapping the LINK button it goes to a bad request error page

Thanks for reporting this! I will pass this along to our developers and hopefully we can get it sorted!

Hi @wdavidow is this still occuring? There was an issue with Cloudflare that affected some of the apps we sync with, however it should be resolved now.

@Hilary I reconnected the Oura ring using a different version of the app and data has been importing and has stayed connected since then. If/when it disconnects in the current beta version I will report back here on status.

Hi, my Oura Connection still gets lost every day.
v3.2.1 (b459 AF)
Android Gold Status
I have to unlink and link again to see my Oura activities.
Any tips how I can chance that, please?
