Cronometer isn’t syncing active energy from Apple Health???
It’ll sync everything else so I know it’s not an issue with Apple Health. I don’t really care to sync with my HR and other features. This only happened after the latest app update. I’ve never had an issue before. How do i fix it? I’ve logged out, deleted the app and redownloaded. Triple checked my privacy settings in both Health and cronometer.

Same issue here, it's been killing me, it's so bad I'm almost having to move to another platform.

Hi @jpicune and @noochqueen just wondering in which build you are experiencing this? We released an Apple health connection upate recently; please ensure you have updated to 3.0.9 (324). Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue -thanks! My apologies for the trouble!

@Hilary Yes I'm running 3.0.9 (324) and no activity imports from healthkit. I've hit the backfill option and waited numerous times. I was using a version 2.x copy of the app because it worked perfectly until it got updated last week This is the #1 feature that I pay for gold, I really hope it can work again.
Thanks for the help.

Thanks @jpicune I'll pass this on to our developers and hopefully we can have it fixed soon! We understand that the apple health connection is so valuable to our users, and we are on it! Thanks for getting back to me!

@jpicune just to double check: Can you please check your permissions in Apple health to ensure it is allowing activity export? Thanks!

@Hilary yes they are enabled. I've tried toggling them. Deleting and re-installing the app, but no luck. Like I said no issue with the older version.

Any update on this issue?
I have connected to Apple Health and find that my exercise minutes are being double counted.
I want apple health to count my workouts and share that info with Chronometer, so I have deselected exercise minutes, but both are still being imported into Chronometer. -
@ElleW Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this to. I have reporterd this to our developers. They are working hard to get Apple health running smoothly. Thanks for your patience.

The 5/24/19 update fixed this issue for me. It recently stopped adding activity. All good now.

We've released an update this week with some Apple Health fixes. Please update to the latest 3.0.11 version and let us know if you are still experiencing issues with Apple Health!
The update might not appear in your automatic updates, you might have to search for Cronometer in the App Store to get it.
Cheers,
