Hi all, I've been adding my food intake into cronometer and when I add the exercise I do, the number of calories to eat doesn't decrease like it used to. Is their a setting for this? Much appreciated.
When logging exercises, your calorie allowance should increase
Are you looking at the yellow Energy target bar? If you've set 'Fixed' macronutrients targets, your targets will not be dynamic, and will not change if you add exercise.
