Trans fats in buckwheat bread?
According to the cronometer buckwheat bread has trans fats - what is the reference for that? Does it apply to ANY buckwheat bread? Many thanks in advance.

Some whole foods contain trace amounts of natural trans-fatty acids. These are currently not considered as harmful as artificial trans-fats created through hydrogenation.
