Food Queue Idea

I like to use Cronometer for meal planning. I'll routinely plan the foods I'll be eating a day in advance. It would be nice to be able to add quantities of foods to the diary without them being immediately logged into the full nutrition report. For example, I'd like to be able to add a food I plan on eating to the diary, and perhaps have a button or toggle option that would allow me to add it to the full nutrition report once I've eaten it. That way I can still plan my foods ahead of time but I can also still get a good sense of how the day is progressing on a food-by-food basis.
