App keeps crashing, won’t open

Every time I try to open the app today, it crashes without opening at all. What do I do? I’ve tried closing the app and opening it again. This hasn’t happened for me before. Thanks

I don’t think you can I think the only way to fix it is with another update, do you have Apple health connected? I notice that it only crashed when it’s connected, I had to uninstall the app and then download it again without connecting to Apple health which sucks.
