New to this site today - doing Keto- lost 8.5 kg prior on weight watchers but lost interest - 5.1 kg on Keto - dirty Keto app but not enough info - have hubby on Keto as well
Lost 50 lbs since January using keto diet and IF. Want to continue to shed 20 more pounds of body fat.
Well done on your weight loss! I bet you both feel much better. I want to do the same. My only issue is that I know nothing about Keto or Paleo, but I tend to instinctively think that either of those two lifestyles may be the way to go.
I'm new here so I have lots of searching to do, but meanwhile, can anyone offer a link or two to help someone get started on Keto?

@eagleaddict To get started, you can add foods to your diary by following these steps:
Log into your account via http://cronometer.com
Click Add Food at the top of your diary.
Search for the food you would like to add using the text entry field and filtering via the search tabs.
On the mobile app:
Log into your account
Tap the + button at the bottom of your screen.
Tap Add food to find your food via text based search. You can also use the Scan Barcode option
